“Feel my purpose.” The Hip Hop artist, lyricist, and producer break through with a new sound that brings in passion and truth. K-Eastwood’s purpose is not just to be a producer and an artist, but a Music Designer that paints a lyrical experience.
K-Eastwood was born in Chicago, Illinois, raised in Ft. Lauderdale and now resides in Atlanta, Georgia. His relationship with music went from concept to reality. With an inspiration from young and old artist and producers, K-Eastwood expanded his interest from writing to designing music.
A Music Designer does not only produce music for artists but is able to design a sound around who they are. K-Eastwood introduces a new style called “Rift.” Rift crosses over using sounds from R&B, Hip Hop, and Reggae. This amazing and unique sound blends instrumental melodies and beats into repeated patterns. As an artist, he displays versatility across different sounds with different flows. The art of story-telling has never faded. K-Eastwood inspires you through the journey of his music while giving you raw and edgy lyrics that breathes genuine Hip Hop.
K-Eastwood aspires to motivate other young people to follow their dreams and just be true to themselves.
Accomplishments: K-Eastwood has worked with artists such as Lele and Shawn Jay of Field Mob who are both with DTP. He has also worked with Yung Joc on a project featuring Paul Wall. Other artists he is known to have worked with are Cassidy and Boo from Cash Money. He is also the co-writer and producer of the website’s featured song Radio featuring Alexander Star.
K-Eastwood has produced two mix tapes in the past year, distributing over 500 copies locally in South Florida. He has also produced over 100 tracks in the past four years and performed in numerous shows in South Florida. He has been to listening sessions with various artists such as Cool & Dre, Rated R and Dirty Bag. He is also featured on Broward County’s DVD.
